Hi, I’m Ashley but call me AJ.
I believe we all have a story, so here’s mine:
I have been around sports and fitness my entire life. Youth sports to college softball, I was your typical jock who let a sport become her identity. The problem with that was when my playing days were over, I thought I lost who I was. Thus, began the search for a new passion.
Fast forward three years, I had my first real taste of personal training and soon fell in love with it. Fitness is something I geek out about, so to be able to share that knowledge and help someone change their life in the process was where I found the fire again.
My goal is to help people realize the mental, social, economic, and physical barriers they put between themselves and who they want to be. Once those barriers are identified, it’s about giving them the tools and knowledge to break down those barriers and create long lasting change.

There are many services that can be received under the umbrella of health and wellness coaching. Natalie has a Master of Arts in Psychology with ten years of professional experience. Natalie has a large professional skill set including behavior modification techniques, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and a mindfulness certification. Natalie received her health coaching certification through ACE (the American Council on Exercise) and her 200 Hour – RYT through Fusion Yoga in Eagan, MN. Her services include health (fitness + nutrition), mental health (stress management, time management, anxiety, adrenal fatigue, grief and loss), career (job hunting, resume writing, work-life balance), relationships (co-parenting + intimate) and more!

With the state of art Real Ryder spin bikes, to Stott Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair, we have the resources that guarantee a complete fitness routine.
Our unique schedule is convenient for all! 30 Minute classes that run consecutively means that you can choose a full hour workout, or a shorter workout and still have time for lunch.
Our certified instructors will guide you through every class, no matter your skill or fitness level. We at SkyWay Fitness pride ourselves on modifying each and every class based on the participants, ensuring that every client obtains the best possible workout.
