All classes starting between 11:00am and 12:15pm are 45 minutes in length. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us!
At SkyWay Fitness we understand you are extremely busy so we like to make taking care of your health easy and convenient for you. There are no joining or sign up fees and your first class is FREE!! *Our 10 punch card pass is great for all classes on the schedule. There is never a need to sign up for classes, just show up to the classes that fit your life.

Russian Kettlebell 3-Day Workshop December 2nd, 4th, & 6th at 11:15 am Cost only $50 for all 3 sessions!!

This three-day kettlebell intensive is ideal for the beginner learning the basics or the experienced looking to refine their skills!
During these 45-minute lunch hour workshops, students will discover the powerful benefits of training with kettlebells, while focusing on the proper form and technique to start or enhance their kettlebell training program. Students will take advantage of valuable instruction in a small group atmosphere with ample time for questions and individualized attention.
As a participant, you can expect to learn mobility exercises, breathing and hip hinging technique, and the correct posture and implementation of the following basic kettlebell exercises:
- Two-handed Swing
- Turkish Get-up
- Goblet Squat
