The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements." Also, don't be surprised if your class incorporates light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work.

Pop Physique (Pilates/Barre)
One of our signature mixed classes that incorporates Barre and Pilates, this promises to give you the total body workout that everyone wants but finds it hard to achieve. It promises to Sculpt, tone, build muscular balance, and improve endurance. What more could you ask for? No, it won't do your dishes... But you will already feel better when you do have to wash them.
