Operation Boot Camp

Operation Boot Camp is a hard core cardio/strength workout that produces maximum benefits, while burning maximum calories. This class is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase your muscular endurance, and tone tighten, your entire body. Exercises include; plyometrics, athletic sports drills, resistance, and cardio, training.

Pure Power Boot Camp

Pure Power Boot Camp is a high intensity 30 min express class designed to strengthen, tone and tighten your powerhouse (core and glutes). Through various integrative functional training movements, we target your Lower Body, Core and oblique’s, which result in increased spine stability, flatness to your stomach and help define your butt and legs while increasing athleticism and agility.
