9 Round Kickboxing
A kickboxing class that consist of 9 rounds, each 3 Minutes long. We start by focusing on form, with each round progressing to more difficult and fat burning combinations. This class promises to teach a fantastic base of kickboxing moves to the novice, and allows the more advanced attendees to excel. Plenty of Afterburn effect to be had here, the cardio aspect is second to none.
An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations, this class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance. It's an intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge.
