TRX/Real Ryder Strength & Spin

Talk about a workout! Combine the TRX and the Real Ryder articulating spin bike in a class and we guarantee that you'll feel the added benefits in a very short time. A TRX class that focuses on strength and core, and then moves to Spin on the articulating bikes. The Real Ryder will finish this workout by increasing stamina, core strength, and balance.
